Yoga is challenging, stimulating , toning , de- toxing, relaxing and Fun
! Yoga is a complete form of exercise and also compliments all other
types of exercise
I will
be teaching Hatha Yoga on an individual level but in a class
environment, if you are a novice at Yoga or a well practised Yogi you
are welcome, we will be progressing through the term's and learning new
postures (asana) I will carefully modify the postures to suit individual
levels. No one is the same and we all have different strengths and
weaknesses, yoga is non competitive and is practised on an individuals
level. You will be encouraged to progress in a safe and caring
environment.
I like
to make my Yoga practice flowing and mindful , Encouraging Atma which is
the true self within, giving strength , values and core
strength. Practising Dharma which gives the capacity to take the right
action and aid contentment in oneself.

Yoga space, The Pilates and Yoga Studio 27A North Street Taunton
Class
times: Thursday 5:45 - 6:45pm term time only, £30.00 for 6 classes.
Autumn Term starts on Thursday 13th September.
Wednesday, 6 - 7pm term time only, £30.00 for six classes. Autumn Term
starts on Wednesday 12th September.
