Welcoming all ages and abilities, for
your health and vitality
I have been practicing yoga for 10
years, experiencing a wonderful variety
of yoga, including Hatha Yoga Vini Yoga,
Iyengar, Sivananda and Asthanga yoga.
From my hometown Bournemouth, whilst
living in London and West Yorkshire,
travelling Austrailia and Thailand, yoga
has become my passion and I'd like to
share with you this life long tool.
Classes are practiced in a friendly non-competive
atmosphere with integrity to ones own
body, exploring a flowing, liberating,
creative energetic divine awareness to
the flow of the breath.
