Welcome to the website
of Paul Fox, a yoga teacher and teacher trainer based in West
Somerset. Paul teaches Core Strength Yoga and Ashtanga
Vinyasa Yoga in Minehead and Taunton.
He runs workshops and training days for yoga teachers and writes
regularly for the yoga press. Paul has been a BBC journalist for 20
years.
